series.
It is an easy-to-use router designed for cable service
providers and multi-unit (MxU) operators. It delivers high-speed
Internet access and Voice-over-IP services and is a cost-effective
solution that supports high-performance backbone technologies.
Contains two downstream ports and four upstream ports
and is CableLabs-qualified to DOCSIS 1.0 specifications (which
ensures security and Baseline Privacy (BPI) such as creating
authentication and authorization for customers. It has plug-and-play
for easy deployment.

options.
The Cisco uBR7100 Series Universal Broadband Router is based on
Cisco's uBR7200 Series Universal Broadband Router. It is an
alternative for the Cisco uBR7223 Universal Broadband Router. The
Cisco uBR7100 Series Universal Broadband Router sustains downstream
and upstream traffic to and from DOCSIS or EuroDOCSIS compliant
two-way or one-way cable modems, set top boxes, or other compliant
